Venus Retrograde In Capricorn December 2021

Nearly every two years or (18 months) to be exact the planet of love, beauty and harmony spins in backward motion. Some even say Venus is known to go to the underworld during this period. We rely on Venus’ powers for attraction, compromising and determining what we find to be beautiful.

This year we find Venus spending her entire retrograde in cardinal earth sign Capricorn. She reverses motion on December 18 until January 28, 2022. Capricorn is a practical sign naturally ruled Saturn a planet that tends to test us. Venus in direct motion in Capricorn values the material world and can even be some what reserved and cold. As she makes her way into the retrograde we most certainly will find our close relationships tested and perhaps an old flame surfaces for another shot.
